Study on the Effect of Donkey Whip Peptide on the Repair of Sexual Function Injury in SD Male Rats

Abstract：ObjectiveToinvestigatetherepairefectof donkeywhippeptideonmaleratswithsexualdysfunction.MethodThe amino acidcompositionandmolecular weight distributionofdonkeywhippeptidewere aalyzed.SDratswereselectedtoestablisha maleratmodelofsexualdysfunction.Diferentconcentrationsofdonkeyhippeptidewereusedtointervneinthismodel.Theweight oftheratswasrecorded，andthetesticularandrenalindiceswere measured.Enzymelinkedimmunosorbentassaywasusedtodetect thelevelsofT，LH，andNOintheserumofrats.Tepathologicalmorphologyof kidneyandtestistisuesinratswasobservedby hematoxylin eosin（HE）staining.Results Donkeywhippeptidehasarichvarietyofamino acids，with argininecontentof 7.52% （20 and molecular weight below 1OoO u accounted for 79. 44% .Compared with the model group，the intervention group with donkey whip peptideshowedanincreaseinbodyweight，testicularindex，andrenalindex，aswellasasignificantincreaseinserumlevelsofT， LH，andNO.Thepathological morphologyof thekidneysandtesteswasalsoimproved.ConclusionDonkeywhippeptidehasarich aminoacidcomposition，highnutritonalvalue，andiseasytoabsorb.Itcaniprovethsexualelatedrganindexofatswithexual dysfunction，promotethsecretioofserumeutralelatedfactos，mproveideyandtesticularlsios，andhavetefeofs sisting in repairing sexual dysfunction.
