Professor Liu Yun's Clinical Experience in Treating Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Combined with Functional Constipation

Abstract：Chronicobstructivepulmonarydisease（COPD）andfunctionalconstipation（FC）areofencombined inclinical practice，and modemmedicinehassome problemssuchaspooreficacyandlowsafetyinclinical treatment.Inclinical practice，itis foundthattraditionalChinese medicinehasuniqueadvantagesinthetreatmentofchonicobstructivepulmonarydiseasecombinedwith functionalconstipationTisarticlesummarizedProfesorLiuYun’sclinicalexperienceinthetreatmentofchronicbstructivepulmo narydiseasecombinedwithfunctionalconstipation.ProfesorLiuelievedthattepathogenesisofchroncobsructivepulmoarydiseasecombinedwithfuntionalconstipationlayiungdysfunctionleadingtofu-qiobstruction，argeintestineconductiondfuction leadingtolungqiup-flow，spleenqistagnation，kidneydeficiency，Qiandblooddeficiency，phlegmstagnationandothraspcts.In treatment，itwasemphasiedthatlungandintestinesouldbetreatedtogter，Qitodissipateplegmanddisipatestasisndspleen and kidneyshouldbeemphasized.Strengthening thebasicand nourishing theyuan，payingatentiontosupplementingqiandblood， nourishingYinandmoisteningowelanddefecation，ndusingthistosortoutthecommonciicalprescriptions，combiningwithacupointapplicationandothrextealreatmentmetods，provideoreideasanddirectionsforclinicalsyndromediferentiationtrament of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with functional constipation.
