農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全檢測標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系的構(gòu)建與完善路徑
The Construction and Improvement Path of the Quality and Safety Testing Standards System for Agricultural Products

Abstract: The quality and safety inspection standard system of agricultural products is an important support for the construction of a modern agricultural quality governance system. This paper systematically sorts out the development status of China's agricultural product qualityand safety inspection standard system,deeply analyzes the problems of institutional fragmentation,weak technical support,and insuffcientsubjectcoordination inthecurrent testing mechanism,and then puts forward the improvement path of content structure and technical specification design,multi-subject collaborative governance,legal and policy support, technological innovation drive and regulatory capacity building on the basis of clarifying theconstruction principles ofthe standard system.The study believes thatthrough institutional integrationand mechanisminnovation,aunifed,efcient,scientific,standardized, and dynamically updated standard system should beconstructed,so as to effectively improve the effciency of agricultural product qualityand safety governance,and provide institutional guaranteeand technical support for the high-quality development of agriculture.

隨著我國農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化加快推進(jìn),農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)方式日益多樣化,投入品使用日益復(fù)雜化,質(zhì)量安全風(fēng)險呈現(xiàn)出隱蔽性、系統(tǒng)性和跨區(qū)域傳播等新特征,對檢測標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系的科學(xué)性、系統(tǒng)性與適應(yīng)性提出了更高要求。(剩余3879字)
