控制營養(yǎng)狀態(tài)評分在預測機器人輔助食管癌根治術后并發(fā)癥中的應用

Prognostic value of CONUT score in predicting postoperative complications following robot-assisted McKeown esophagectomy

AbstractObjective:Toinvestigatethepredictivevalueof thepreoperative Controling Nutritional Status(CONUT)score for postoperativeomplicationsinpatientsundergoingobot-asistedMKeoesohagectomy (RAME).Methods:Aretrospectiveaalsis wasperformedo2O3patientswhounderwentRAMEattheFirstHospitalofLanzhou UniversityfromMarch2O19toMarch2O24.Patints were divided into the high-CONUT group( ? 3 points, n =34) and the low-CONUT group( points, n=1 6 9 )based on preoperative CONUT scores.Clinicalcharacteristicsandpostoperatieomplicatioswerecomparedetwntegroupsofpatnts.Lgsticgressaalysis wasusedtoidentifyiskfactorsforcomplications.Results:Thehigh-CONUTgroupshowedsignificantlyhigherincidenceofoveal postoperativeplatiosasomoticitureastootikaglralsiodrgialitetiompdtlo CONUT group ( P <0.05).Preoperativecholesterollevelsand CONUTscore were identifiedas potentialrisk factorsforcomplications,witha CONUT score ? 3 points serving as an independent predictor of postoperative complications for RAME ( P<0 . 0 5 ) . Conclusion: The CONUT scoreisarobust independentpredictorofcomplicationsflowingRAME,enablingpreciseandtimelyindividualizedintervetiosto improve patient prognosis.
