AbstractObjective:Toivestigatetesort-teandlong-termeficacyofTRobotortopedicsurgicalrobot-assistedpediclesrew fixationviaWiltseapproachinspinalfractures withspinalcordinjury.Methods:2Opatientswithspinalfracturesandspinalcord injurywhowereadmitedtoBeijingChaoyangHospital,CapitalMedicalUniversityfrom2O2OtoO23wereselectedanddividedinto thetraditionalsrgerygoupadteobasistedgroupuingtherymetod,wih6Oassinchgroup.Thetaditolugey groupunderwentonventalpediclesrefiationviaposteriormidlinapproach,whiletheobotaistedgoueceiedopedic surgicalrobotssteddicleaoviWlerocheoativecato,elactaccef postoperativeoplicas,etbralosisgleebralyosisetioateebralighoyateatd monthsaftersurgeryasellasJOAandSFscoeswerecomparedbetweethetwogroups.Results:Therobot-asstedgroupsowed lower perioperative indicators compared to the traditional surgery group ( ).The screw placement accuracy was higher in the robotassisted group ( P <0.05),and the incidence of postoperative complicationswaslower ( P<0 . 0 5 ) .At3daysand3monthspostoperatively, thevertebralkyhosisangeinteobot-asistedgroupwaslowerthantatintetraditioalsurgerygoup,hileteverteralkyhosis correction rate and vertebral height recovery rate were higher ( P<0 . 0 5 . The JOA and SFI scores in the robot-assisted group were also higher than those in the traditional surgery group at3 days and 3 months after surgery ( P<0 . 0 5 ) . Conclusion: TiRobot?orthopedic surgical robot-asistedpediclesrefationviaWilseapproachhassignificantshortteandlong-tereficacyintreatingspinalfractureswith spinalcordinjury.Itanduceoperatietie,imizesugicaltraua,improvesrepacementaccuracylowerearlostoatie complications,enhance short-termand long-term fixation outcomes,and promote recovery of lumbar function. 脊柱骨折為胸腰椎常見骨折之一,多由高處墜落、車禍等暴力性損傷導(dǎo)致,且患者多合并脊髓損傷等并發(fā)癥,輕者可隨時(shí)間推移出現(xiàn)后凸畸形、腰痛等癥狀,重者可能出現(xiàn)功能障礙,甚至癱瘓[1-2]。(剩余8818字)
