多學科協(xié)作加速康復護理對機器人輔助強直性脊柱炎全髖關節(jié)置換術患者的影響

Effect of multidisciplinary collaborative enhanced recovery nursing on patients undergoing robot-assisted total hip arthroplasty for ankylosing spondylitis

AbstractObectiveTnvestigatethefetofultidscipiarycllboraieehanedecoeryursingonpostoperatiververyn patientsundergngrobot-asistedtotaliprthroplasty (TH)forankylsngspondylis.Metod:106patientsoundentrobotassistedTHAforankylosingspondylitisatBeijingJishuitanHospitalfromJanuary2O22toJanuaryO23wereselectedanddividednto the control group ( n= 53,receiving routine nursing)and the study group ( n 53,receiving multidisciplinary collaborative enhanced recovery nursing).Peopatieidatos,ifuctiooorcinlvels,tieos,uaityflifedoaite werecomparedbetwenthetwogroups.Results:Comparedwiththecontrol group,thestudygroupshowedreduced intraoperativeblood loss,less operative time,shorter length of hospital stay,and earlier time to first ambulation ( P <0.05).After nursing intervention, the two groupsbothshowedincreasedscoresonteHarrsHipScore,simplifiedFug-MeyerAssessment,and36-ItemShortFHealthSurvey (SF-36), while higher scores were found in the study group than those in the control group ( P <0.05). Scores of Visual Analog Scale (VAS), Self-ratingAnxietySale(SS),ndSelfratingDepressonScale(D)weredecreaedinetogoupsafterinteetiowihloer scores in the study group ( P<0 . 0 5 ) . The study group had a lower total complication rate than the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Forpatientsundergngrobot-asstedHAforakylosingspondlitis,ultidsiplinarycollaborativeehancedrecovrynursingcan acceleratepostoperatiecoveryimproveipjandotorfuct,aleviateaindgatieotios,ancequalityfle reduce incidence of complications.
