Evaluation of the application effect of domestic surgical robot in surgical procedures under information recognition technology

AbstractObjective: To comprehensively evaluate the clinical efficacy of domestically developed Kangduo Robot endoscopic surgical system(R20oO)insurgicalprocedures.Methods:Patientswhounderwentsurgeryusing theKangduo endoscopicsurgicalrobotinthe FirstHospitalofQinuangdaofroSeptemberO23toJulyO24wereselectedastheexperimentalgoup(n=23),whilepatients withth sameconditiostreatedwithtraditioalsurgicalmethodsduringthesaeperiodservedastecontrolgroup(n=23).Baselineandurgical dataofpatisedgiao,atetl incisionsize,patient’spainsores,ndatisfactionsurveysamongparticipatingsurgeonswereconducted.Results:Teexpital group had significantly shorter average operative time ( P <0.05),reduced intraoperative blood loss (P<0.o5),lower postoperative complication rates ,shorter average length of hospital stay ( ,smaller surgical incisions ( P<0 . 0 5 ) ,and lower patient's pain scores ( P <0.05)compared tothecontrolgroup.The experimentalgroupalsooutperformedthecontrol groupineaseofoperation,precision, and surgical efficiency P<0 . 0 5 ) .Conclusion: Kangduo endoscopic surgical robot can significantly shorten operative time,reduce intraoperativeloodlossreasetopeatieplicatioatesenlgthofospialayeisiznde patient pain,which is worthy of clinical application.
