Effect of upper limb rehabilitation robot combined with bilateral sequential rTMS on promoting rehabilitation of stroke patients

AbstractObjective:Toexploretheeffectofupperlimbrehabilitationobotcombinedwithbilateralsequentialrepetitivetransanial magneticstimulation(rTMS)opromotingrehabilitationoftrokepatients.Methods:82strokepatientsadmitedtoDzhouIntegrated TCM&Western Medicine HospitalfromJanuary 2O2 to August 2O24 were selected.They were divided into the studygroup (n=41) andtheontrolgroup(n=4l)usingarandomnumbertable.Patientsinthecontrolgroupweregivensymptomaticdrugtreatmetand conventionalhabiliationintervention,whilethestudygoupeceivedupperlibreabilitationrobottrainingcombinedwithilateal sequentialrTSinterventiononthebasisoftecontrolgoup.Thechangesofupperimbmovementandhandfunction,wistrageof motion,ndmotorevokedpotential(EP)levelsbeforeandafterinterventionwereomparedbetweenthetwogroups.Results:Before intervention,there was no significant diference in the above indicators between the two groups ( P>0 . 0 5 ) .Afterintervention,theAUEscoreofupperlimbmotorfunction,UEFscoreofhandfunction,MBsoreforactivitiesofailylivingandthecoresofacie of wristrangeofmotion(alarflexion,dorsalextensionadialdeviatio,andunadeviatio)intestudygoupwerehghrantoe in the control group ( P - Key wordsStroke; UpperLimbRehabilitationRobot;BilateralSequentialrTMS; UpperLimbFunction;MotorEvokedPotential
