AbstractOjectie：Toxploretheefectofupportivepsychologicalinterventionotenegativeemotioandualityoflifeimiddle agedpatientswithischemicstroke.Methods：Atotalof56patientswithischemicstrokeadmitingtotheeurologydpartmentofour hospitalfromDecember221toNovember2022 wereselected.Supportivepsychologicalinterventionwasgiventothepatientsonthe basisofroutinecare.ThesoresoftheSelf-RatingAnxietyScale（SAS），HamiltonDepressionScale（HAMD），HamiltonAnietyScale （HAMA），andShortForm36HealthScale（SF-36）ofpatientswithischemicstrokebeforetheinterventionand3weeksafterthe interventionwerecomparedResults：After3weksofintervention，theSASscore，HAMDscoreandHMAscoreofpatientswith ischemic stroke were all lower than those before the intervention ...<0.05， .The scores of physiological function，physiological role， vitality，emotional functionand mental healthof SF-36wereallhigherthan those before the intervention P<0.05 .Conclusions： Supportivepsychologicalntervetionforiddleagedpatintswithschemicstrokecouldducetheirnegativeemotions，helpembuild confidence in overcoming the disease.
