Abstract Objective：To develop a questionnaire on the demand for "Internet + nursing services" for disabled elderly people at home， andtotestitseliabilityandalidityMethods：ReferrigtoMaslow'shierarchyofeedsteorframeworkatmpolaitialy foredthroughliteraturereviewandsemistructuredinterviews.TheitemswererevisedthroughDlphiexpertiquiryethodandprearch. Atotalof52dsabldederlypeoplelvgathmewereselectedfrnvestigatiototestthrelabilityandvalidityofthscaleesults： The questionnaire on the demand for "Internet + nursing services" for disabled elderly people at home was developed，which includes five dimensions：specializedursigandgudance，ealthmanagementandgudance，entalomfortandpsychologicalsupport，emotusing services，ndetysssmtdhcaluportiotalofi.toalchsfitofuesia 0.921.AndthetestretestrelabiltaO.9.Theit-levecontetvalidityidexoftequestioairerangedfroO875tAnd theuniversalagreementofscale-levelcontentvalidityindex wasO.984.Combiningtheresultsoftwoexploratoryfactoranalysesandthe guidanceofthetheoreticalframework，fivecommonfactorswerefinallyretaied.Andthecumulativecontributionrateofvarincewas （204 60.513% .Confirmatory factoranalysis showed that thefting degreeofeach index was better.Conclusions：Thequestionnaireonthe demand for "Internet + nursing services" for disabled elderly peopleat home has good reliabilityand validity.It could be used as an objective assessment tool to investigate the demand for "Internet + nursing services" among disabled elderly people at home. ywordsdisabled elderlypeople;"Internet + nursing services";demand;scale research
