AbstractObjective：Toanalyzethealocationandchanging trendofnursinghumanresourceinGuizhouprovincefrom2Ol3to023， andtoexplorecofiguationfie，oastoprovideabasisfimprovigthefiesadblnceofnursingmanesouelcation inGuizhouprovice.Methods：Statisticalmethodswereadoptedtodescribethecurentsituationofnursinghumanresoucealocationin Guizhouprovince.TheconfigurationfesswasanalyzedyusigtheLorentzcurveandteGnicoeficient.Finally，theagation degreandhealthresouredensityindexwereusedtoanalyzethespecificalocationsituationanddemandforecastofeachcityResults： From2013to2O23，thenumberofregisterednurses inGuizhouprovince increasedfrom59368to163692，withanaverageanual growth rate of 15.97% .In 2023，the Gini coefficients distributed by population and geographical area were O.O7and O.29 respectively.The concentrationdgreeofnursinghumanresoucesalocatedbygeograpicalareainachcitywasgreatethanthataloatedbyopulation. Thenursing humanresourceincitiesofGuizhouprovincewaslackandcoexistedwithredundancy.Conclusions：Thetotalallcationof nursing human resources inGuizhou province had steadily increased.The fairnessof nursing human resources basedon population distributionwassuperiortothatbasedongeographicaldistribution.Thefaiessofgeographicaldistibutionneededtobeimproved.It sugestedthatthefairnessofthealocationofnursing humanresources inGuizhou province beenhanced through measures suchas governmentleadership，thejontactionofiversifedmetods，ientificalocationofursingumanesources，trengtheningdace and incentives as wellas cross-regional collaboration，and supply-side reform of nursing human resources.
