AbstractObjective：Toexploremediatingroleofemotional exhaustion in therelationship between senseofbelongingand turnoverntentionofclinicalurses.Methods：Atotalof192clinicalnursesfrom6trtaypublichospitalsinWuhancitywereelecteds thestudysubjectsfromMay022toMayO24.Datawerecolectedbygeneralinformatioquestionnaire，theemotionalexhaustion subscaleof theMaslachBuroutInventory，theClinicalSenseofBelongingScale，andtheTurnoverIntentionQuestioaire.Results： The scores of emotional exhaustion of clinical nurses was 15.56±2.45.′ The scores of sense of belonging was 120.67±15.66.L And the scores of turnover intentionwas 16.01±2.63.E motional exhaustionofclinical nurses was negatively correlated with senseofbelonging （r=-0.723 ， P<0.01 ）and positively correlated with turnover intention r=0.665 ， P<0.01 ）. Sense of belonging was negatively correlated with turnover intention r=-0.712，P<0.01） .Mediation analysis revealed that emotional exhaustion played a mediating role between sense of belongingandturoverintentionofiicalnurses.Conclusis：Emotionalexhaustionisamediatigvariableinterelatiohipbetwen senseofbeloggdtuoveritetioofcicalurses.Hospialdmistratorssouldimplementtargetedinterentiostote emotional exhaustion and reduce turnover intention clinical nurses.
