黃瓜耐濕冷性苗期濕冷害指數(shù)鑒定方法的建立
Establishing of a wet-cold tolerant identification method for cucumber during seedling stage by wet-cold injury index

Abstract: To establish a wet-cold tolerant identification method during seedling stage for cucumber by morphology,the seedlings intwodevelopedtrue leavesof8testcultivarsand5validationcultivars withdiferent wet-coldtolerance were treatedunder 9°C/5°C(day/night)+ relative humidity 95% growth chambers(taking 25°C/18°C +relative humidity 85% asthecontrol).After7daysof treatment,thedegreeof wet-cold injurywascountedforeach plant,the wet-coldinjuryindexes were calculatedand the growth parameter were measured.The results showed thatthe diferent cultivars presented diferentlevelofleafyellowing,waterlosing wiltingordeath underwet-coldstressandthe wet-coldinjuryindexes could indicate the wet-cold toleranceofthecultivaraccurately.Theresultsofvalidation testwereconsistent withthoseofmethodestablishment test.Theclusteringofwet-cold toleranceofvarious varietiesbasedontherelativevaluesofplantheight, leaf lengthand leaf width etc.under wet-cold stress and controlcondition wereconsistent with theclasificationof wet-coldinjuryindex.Therefore,itisthoughtthatthewet-coldinjuryindexatseedlingstagecanbeusedtoidentifythe wet-coldtoleranceofcucumber cultivars.The wet-cold injury index greater thanObutlessthanorequal to0.250 ndicatesstrong toleranttype,greaterthanO.250butlessthanorequalto0.550indicatesmoderate toleranttype,greaterthan 0.550 butless thanorequalto0.750indicates weak tolerant type,andgreaterthan0.750butlessthanorequalto1.00 indicates sensitive type.

黃瓜是典型的喜溫蔬菜,生長發(fā)育適宜溫度為15~32°C ,對低溫敏感, 10~12°C 生長緩慢或停止,5°C 可致冷害;也不耐高溫, 35°C 和 40°C 以上常分別導(dǎo)致生殖和生長障礙。(剩余8341字)
