摘要：文章從師德師風(fēng)基本內(nèi)涵入手，闡述高校師德師風(fēng)建設(shè)的重大意義和現(xiàn)存問題，提出高校行政管理人員師德師風(fēng)建設(shè)具體實(shí)踐策略，為高校師德師風(fēng)建設(shè)提供進(jìn)一步思考。

A Study on the Path of Building Teacher Ethics and Style for Administrative Management Personnel in Universities in the New Era

Abstract：The paper subdivides college teachers and pays attention to the construction of teachers ethics and style of college administrators.The author started with the basic connotation of the teacher’s morality style，explained the significance and existing issues，then proposed a specific practical strategy，provided further thinking for the construction of the moral teacher style of colleges and universities.
