Abstract：Cultivatingpostgraduate studentsof professionaldegree majoring ingeneral practice tomeet theurgentdemand of thesocietyforcompositehigh-level general practicetalents isan inevitablerequirementforachieving high-qualityand connotative developmentof generalpracticemedicine.Itrequires thecollaborationof medical colleges，comprehensive hospitals，andcommunityhealthcare institutions.The "colege-hospital-communityintegrated"trainingof postgraduate students of profesional degremajoring ingeneral practicehas importantcontemporaryvalue.However，thereare still practicaldificultiessuchasuncleargoalsforthetripartitecollaborativetrainingof"college-hospital-community"，satteed collborative trainingparadigms，insuficientlinkageofcollaborativetraining elements，andincompletecollborative training mechanisms.Itissuggestedtoconstructthe"college-hospital-communityintegrated"modelthroughtheintegation of multiple entities，deep levelreformof the training systemand mechanism，comprehensivereform of training elements， andfundamentalreformof evaluationstandards，providingnewideasforthehigh-qualityandsustainabledevelopmentof postgraduate students of professional degree majoring in general practice.
