Abstract：Objective：To explore theeffectofThunder-fire Moxibustioncombinedwith Chinese medicineon the assisted reproductiveoutcomes of patientsundergoing frozen-thawed embryo transfer.Methods：Aretrospective analysis was conductedontheclinicaldataof8O infertilepatientswhounderwentfrozen-thawedembryo transfertreatment inthe Departmentof Reproductive Medicine at Xinyu Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January2O2Oto December 2023.The patients were divided into two groups based on the treatmentreceived： the experimental group（40cases）and the control group （40 cases）.The control groupunderwent endometrial preparationusing a hormone replacement regimen， whiletheexperimentalgroupreceivedThunder-fireMoxibustioncombinedwithidney-tonifyingChinesemedicinereatment onthebasisofhormonereplacementtherapy.Thegeneralcharacteristicsofthepatients，endometrial thickness ontheday of embryo transfer，and pregnancyoutcomes were analyzed between the two groups.Results：There were no statistically significantdiffrences inheaverageage，infertilityduration，bodymassindex，andbasalhormonelevelsofthepatients and their spouses between the two groups （ P>0.05 ）.Similarly，there were no statistically significant differences in the quality and number of transplanted embryos （ P>0.05 ）. The endometrial thickness in the experimental group on the day of transplantationwassignificantlyincreasedcomparedwiththecontrol group，withastatisticallsignificantdiference 1 （P=0.003） . The embryo implantation rate 65.9% ）and clinical pregnancy rate（ 70% ） in the experimental group were both higher than those in the control group，with embryo implantation rate （42.5% ）and clinical pregnancy rate （47.5%） ，and thedifferenceswere statistically significant（ P<0.05， .Thebiochemical pregnancy ratein theexperimental group（ 5% ）was much lower than that in the control group（ 20% ），withastatisticallysignificantdifference（ P<0.05 ） Conclusion：The treatmentofThunder-fire Moxibustioncombinedwith kidney-tonifying traditionalChinesemedicinecan increaseendometrial thickness，improveendometrial morphology，therebyenhancing endometrialreceptivity，and improvingthe embryo implantationrateand clinical pregnancyrate in patients undergoing frozen embryo transfer.
