技能大賽對專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量提升研究與實(shí)踐
——以數(shù)控機(jī)床裝調(diào)與技術(shù)改造賽項(xiàng)為例
摘 要:在職業(yè)教育變革的時(shí)代背景下,技能大賽是高職院校技能教育、實(shí)踐教育的重要形式,是技術(shù)技能型人才培養(yǎng)的重要抓手。以楊凌職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院數(shù)控機(jī)床裝調(diào)與技術(shù)改造賽項(xiàng)為例,分析人才培養(yǎng)中存在的問題,提出針對性解決措施并付諸實(shí)踐,以此培育更多具有大國工匠精神的技術(shù)技能型人才。

Abstract:Under background of vocational education reform,skill competition is an important form of technical education and practical education in higher vocational colleges,and an important starting point for cultivation of technical and skilled talents.Taking the numerical control machine tool assembly and adjustment and technical transformation competition of Yangling Vocational and Technical College as an example,problems existing in talent training were analyzed.To cultivate more technical and skilled talents with the spirit of craftsmen in a big country,targeted solutions were put forward and put into practice.

職業(yè)教育的目標(biāo)是培養(yǎng)具有一定理論知識和專業(yè)技術(shù)技能的應(yīng)用型人才,和學(xué)歷教育不同,職業(yè)教育更強(qiáng)調(diào)實(shí)踐技能和實(shí)際工作能力的培養(yǎng),使受教育者獲得從事某一職業(yè)所必需的知識和技能,簡而言之,職業(yè)教育重在應(yīng)用型人才的培養(yǎng)[1]。(剩余6130字)
