縣域農(nóng)業(yè)全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈數(shù)字化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及優(yōu)化路徑

摘  要：該文以智慧農(nóng)業(yè)國家級改革試點(diǎn)地區(qū)蘇州市為例，調(diào)查研究蘇州市農(nóng)業(yè)全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，歸納整理蘇州市縣域農(nóng)業(yè)全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型的經(jīng)驗(yàn)做法，探討縣域農(nóng)業(yè)全產(chǎn)業(yè)數(shù)字化建設(shè)中存在的問題，研究制定加快推進(jìn)縣域農(nóng)業(yè)全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型的建議措施，為全國各地開展農(nóng)業(yè)全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈數(shù)字化建設(shè)提供決策參考。

Abstract： Taking Suzhou， a pilot area of smart agriculture reform， as an example， this paper investigates and studies the present situation of the development of the whole agricultural industry chain in Suzhou， and sums up the experiences and practices of the digital transformation of the county-level whole agricultural industry chain in Suzhou. This paper probes into the problems existing in the digital construction of county-level whole agricultural industry， and studies and formulates some suggestions and measures to accelerate the digital transformation of county-level whole agricultural industry chain. The purpose of this paper is to provide decision-making reference for the digital construction of the whole agricultural industry chain throughout the country.

自2021年5月農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部印發(fā)《關(guān)于加快農(nóng)業(yè)全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈培育發(fā)展的指導(dǎo)意見》[1]以來，中共中央、國務(wù)院高度重視農(nóng)業(yè)全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈建設(shè)，提倡“開發(fā)農(nóng)業(yè)多種功能和鄉(xiāng)村多元價值[2]”“打造農(nóng)業(yè)全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈[3]”，要求加快推進(jìn)數(shù)字技術(shù)推動農(nóng)業(yè)全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈轉(zhuǎn)型升級，促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)降本、增值、增效。（剩余8232字）
