Detection Value of Standardized Morphological Examination of Blood Cells in Clinical Febrile Diseases

Abstract：Objective：Toanalyze theeffectof standardized morphologicalexaminationofbloodcellsonclinical febrile diseases.Methods： A totalof48 patients with febrile diseasewho received treatmentin Zhengzhou TCMHospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the observation group.A total of 48 healthysubjects who were examined in Zhengzhou TCM Hospital during the same period were selected as the control group，and the results of standardized morphological examinationof bloodcels werecompared between the two groups.Results： Compared with the healthy subjects in thecontrol group，thebloodcellmorphology related indexes （MCH，MCHC，HCT，MCV，RDW-SD）offever disease patients in the observation group were higher （P<0.05） . In the standardized blood cell morphology test， the detection rate of abnormal bloodcell morphologyof fever disease patients in theobservation group was higher than that of healthy subjects in the control group （P<0.05） .Conclusion： The standardized morphological examination of blood cells hasavery high detectionrate for clinical febrile diseases.Through the analysis of bloodcell morphology indexes，the diferencebetween patients with febrile diseasesand healthy persons can be obviouslyobserved，soas to detect patients with febrile diseases with abnormal bleeding cell morphology.
