Path and Effect Evaluation of Ideological and Political Education Integrating into Student Management Norms

Abstract: Basedonthe methodof discussonandcase analysis,this paperdiscusss the wayof integrating ideological and political education into student management norms,namely,the establishment of coordination mechanism, the improvement of student afairs handling mechanism,and the formulation of perfect evaluation system.The deep integration of ideological and political education and student management has been realized through crossdepartmental resource integration,optimizing service proces,and clarifying evaluation indicators and standards. Atthe same time,this paper verifes the effectivenessof the three strategies through cases,successfully improves the ideological and political qualityandcomprehensivequalityof students,and promotes thecontinuous improvement of school running quality.
