Observation on the Effect of Standardized Management of General Nursing in Elderly Patients with Diabetes

Abstract：Objective：To analyze the clinical effectof standardized management mode of general nursing in elderly patients with diabetes.Methods：Atotalof80 elderly patients with diabetes admitedto Ganzhou DistrictNorth Street Community Health Service Center from January 2024 to June 2024 were selected and divided into the control group andthe observation group，with 40 cases in each group.The control group received traditional basic nursing services， while the observation group received systematic standardized management of general nursing on the basis of the control group.Through regular folow-up and hospital monitoring，biochemical indexes such as blood glucose，blood pressure and blood lipids of patients were recorded to evaluate the control status of diabetes，and observe the changes inthe occurrence ofcomplicationsandself-management ability.Results：The blood glucosecontrolrate，blood pressure andlipid stabilityin the observationgroup were significantly beter than those inthecontrol group.In the observation group， the exercise compliance and diet control rate were increased by 30% ，and the complication rate was decreased by 20% ; The self-management ability improved significantly; The mental health status and quality of life scores of patients improved （P<0.05） . Conclusion： The standardized management of general nursing has significant effect， which can enhance the self-management ability of patients，reduce the incidence of complications，and comprehensively improve the quality of life of patients.
