患者型意見(jiàn)領(lǐng)袖的概念分析與啟示

Abstract Objective To analyze the conceptual development, defining atributes,antecedents,consequences,and typical cases of patient-type opinion leaders,providing references for clinical practice.MethodsRelevant studies were retrievedfrom domestic andinternational databases andanalyzed using Rodgers'evolutionaryconcept analysis method.ResultsAtotal of 34articles were included in the analysis.The defining atributes of patient-typeopinion leaders encompass experientialauthority,knowledgecredibility,network centrality,communicationeffectiveness,andaltruistic motivation.Antecedents include factors such as health information asymmetry,group health needs,diverse communication channels,and dual drives of commerce and public welfare. The consequences involve positive impacts on patient health and the healthcaresystem,albeit with potentialrisks.Conclusionpatient-type opinion leaderis a multidimensional concept,encompassing multiple atributes and influenced byvarious factors.Inthefuture,it is essential to accurately identify patient-typeopinionleaders,delve deper into theirrole inpatient health management,and promote collaboration between healthcare professionals and patient-type opinion leaders in patient health management.
