Abstract：Tegobalautomotiveindustryisacceleratingiselectrficatiotransformatio，andthepenetrationateofthenwenergy vehiclemarkethassignificantlyincreased.Teperfomanceofpowerbateriesisrucialforthernge，safetyandifespanofnw energyvehicles.Theprocessofbaterycharginganddischargingisaffctedbytemperaturehichcaneasilyladtocapacitydecay shortend ifespan，andthermal runawaysafetyrisks at extreme temperatures.BTMS isakeytechnologythat ensures batery performanceandsafetybypreciselyregulatingthetemperatureofthebaterypack.Proposeabaterythermalmanagementsystem solutionbasedulectivetizationntegratingCandliqidingtehnloydoptinginteligentpedictitrol andoptimizingeatflowfieldtoiproveatdisipationeficiencyergybnce，anddaptabilyeptizationpliely controls the temperature difference of the battery pack to ±2°C ，reduces the temperature by 12% under high temperature conditions， and increases the preheatingefficiencyby 35% under low temperature conditions，greatly improving the working environment and providingtheoreticalandpracticalguidancefortheengineeringaplicatiooftheralmanagementtechnologyfornewenergyvehie batteries.
