開放大學(xué)三教協(xié)同創(chuàng)新發(fā)展機(jī)理與路徑探索
［摘 要］三教協(xié)同創(chuàng)新發(fā)展是時(shí)談時(shí)新課題，文章梳理了三教協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的歷史背景，闡述了開放大學(xué)在三教協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中的使命，分析了開放教育和職業(yè)教育協(xié)同發(fā)展的機(jī)理，給出了開放教育和職業(yè)教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新發(fā)展路徑。

Exploration on the Mechanism and Path of Three-education Collaborative Innovation in Open Universities

Abstract：The development of three-education collaborative innovation is a new topic. This paper combs the historical background of three-education collaborative innovation， expounds the mission of open university in three-education collaborative innovation， analyzes the mechanism of open education and vocational education collaborative development， and gives the development path of open education and vocational education collaborative innovation.

一、引言
黨的二十大報(bào)告提出“統(tǒng)籌職業(yè)教育、高等教育、繼續(xù)教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新，推進(jìn)職普融通、產(chǎn)教融合、科教融匯，優(yōu)化職業(yè)教育類型定位……推進(jìn)教育數(shù)字化，建設(shè)全民終身學(xué)習(xí)的學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)、學(xué)習(xí)型大國(guó)”［3］，明確給出了三種教育屬性需協(xié)同創(chuàng)新發(fā)展，為新時(shí)代三教協(xié)同提供了根本遵循。（剩余7252字）
