Abstract：Bronchialasthmaisacommonchronicrespiratorydisease，andhasbecomeoneofthechronicrespiratorydiseases with thehighstmortalityintheorld.Inordertoskeectiveclinicaltreatmentmeansasasupplementtoconventionaltreatment. Throughtheresearchontheoriginanddevelopmentof thecorespondingtheoriesofprescriptionandsyndrome，combined withheunderstandingofmodempharmacologyonSheganMahuangDecoction，thearticleanalyzedProfesorJinZhaohui’sclassictreatment medicalase.ItwasfoudthatSheganMahuangDecoctionhadsuffcientprescriptionevidenceandgoodcurativeefectinthetreatmentofcoldastha.Basedonancient Chinese medicinebooksand modernresearch，itisfoundthat thecorespondingtheoryof prescriptionscanstrengthentheunderstandingoftheoriginaltextof“TreatiseonFebrileandMiscellneous Diseases”，guidethemodern applicationof prescriptions，and provide new ideas for the treatment of respiratory diseases with prescriptions.

支氣管哮喘，簡稱哮喘，是一種由多種細胞（包括嗜酸性粒細胞、肥大細胞、T淋巴細胞等）及其組分共同參與的氣道炎癥性疾病，其特點在于氣道內的高反應性，發(fā)作時表現為反復喘息、氣急，伴或不伴胸悶、咳嗽，同時伴有氣道高反應性和可變的氣流受限[1]。（剩余7909字）
