Abstract：Exercisetherapyisanotherimportanttreatmentforhypertensionafterdrugtherapyandlifestyleintervention.Alarge numberofstudieshaveprovedthattradionalhinesemedicineexercisetherapyrepresentedbyTaijiquan，Bduanjin，Wuqinxiand Yijinjinganfectivelyrducebloodpresure，uttereislackof“ndividualied”principleinclinicalapplicatio.Terasonhy “martialart”and“medicine”canbeperfectlycombinedinthelonghistoryisthatmartialartsandtradionalChinesemedicineare bothbominprimitivecivilization，rotedinChineseculture，andhaveacomontradionalphilosophicalfoundation.Fromheperspectiveof“combinationofmartialartandmedicine”thispaperexpoundsthetheoreticalmechanismofTaijiquan，Baduanjin，WuqinxiandYijinginthepreventionndreatmentofhypertensininodertoprovideteoreticalsupportforteationaluseoftraditionalChinesemedicineexercisetherapyintepreventionandtreatmentofhyperesion，ndtenforulateindividualizedeercie prescription of traditional Chinese medicine for patients withdiferent syndromesand different types of hypertension.
