半夏ARF轉錄因子家族的全基因組鑒定及生物信息學分析

Abstract:Pineliaternata isanimportant medicinal plant.During itsgrowth,itisextremelysensitivetolightand temperature,andpronetothephenomenonofseedlingcollapse,whichleads toareduction inyield.Inthisstudy,basedon thegenomicdataof PinelliaternatareleasedbytheChinaNationalCenterfor Bioinformation,25membersofthePtARF familywereidentifiedanddividedintofoursub-familiesthroughphylogeneticanalysis.Theresultsofproteinphysicochemical propertyanalysis showedthatallPARFs inPinellaternatawere hydrophilicandunstableproteins,and mostPtARFs werelocatedinthecellnucleus.Thepredictionoftheprotein tertiarystructureindicatedthatthe tertiarystructuresof PtARF family members with close genetic relationships werehighlysimilar,suggestingpotential functional redundancy among some PtARF proteins. The resultsof phylogenetic analysisandcollinearityanalysisshowed that the ARF genesofPinellia ternataand ricewerecloselyrelated.In the promoter regions of the ARF family genes in Pinelliaternata,thecis-actingelementswiththelargest number were those related to biotic and abiotic stress responses,followed byplant hormone-responsive elements,
andtheelementsrelatedtoplant growthanddevelopmentresponsesweretheleast innumber.Thisresultindicated that PtARFsmay be widely involved in theresponseof Pinellia ternata to stress.Further research results showed that PtARF couldrespond tolow-lightstressandhigh-temperaturestress,andmaybeinvolvedintheregulationofseedlingcollpseand tuberdevelopmentinPinelliaternata.Thisstudyprovidesanimportanttheoreticalbasisforstre-resistantbredingandoptimization ofcultivation techniquesofPinellia ternata.
