京白梨”授粉樹S基因型鑒定及對果實品質(zhì)影響
【Abstract】Using9typesof‘JingbaiPear'polinationtresasresearchmaterials,thisstudyidentifiestheirS-genotypes andevaluatestheirsuitabilitybasedonfloweringsynchrony,polenquantitypolengerminationrate,andfruitqualityThe resultsidicatethat’ZhongliNo.2’,Nanguo Pear‘,and‘JianbaPear'haveahighdegreeofcompatibility with the floweringperiodof‘JingbaiPear’.Pollengerminationratesvariedsignificantly.For example,the‘PingguoPear‘has the pollen germination rate of 91.49 % ,the'Xinshiji Pear'79.08 % ,the‘Yali Pear‘72.76%,and the‘Zimu Pear‘ 72.41% ,thesefour varietieshavingahigherpollen germinationrates.Fruitqualityanalysisrevealed thatthe‘JingbaiPear‘ polinatedbyJinshuiNo.hasthelargestcore-to-fruitratio,whilethepearpollinatedby‘JianbaPear‘a(chǎn)chievesthehighest soluble solids content (16.16 % ),the maximum flavonoid content (1o.67 mg/g) is observed in the pear pollinated by JinshuiNo.2,thepearpollinatedby‘Yaliear‘producesthehigheststonecellconcentration (6.97mg/g),thepearpollnated by‘Zhongli Pear No.2'shows the greatest firmness (8.53kg/cmz) ),and the'JingbaiPear‘pollinated by‘ZimuPear‘ has the highest titratable acidity (0.17% )and reducing sugar content 9.63% ).There was no significant difference in VC content amongdiffrentpolinationtree varieties.Basedontheaboveresults,‘PingguoPear’,'XinshijiPear’,'ZimuPear‘a(chǎn)nd ‘Yali Pear‘a(chǎn)re recommended as optimal pollinizers for‘Jingbai Pear'.
