【Abstract]ToinvestigatetheeffctsofplantgrowthregulatorsontheyieldandqualityofCameliaoleifera，thisstudyuses 'Huashuo'Camelliaoleiferaastheexperimentalmaterial.Bymeasuringthefruittrait indicesandoilcontentofCamellia oleiferaatdifferentdevelopmentalstages，weanalyzetheimpactofvaryingconcentrationsofanethyleneinhibitor（aminooxy aceticacid，AOAA）onfruitdevelopmentandoilaccumulation.Thefolowingconclusionsaredrawnthatatthefruit maturation stage，2 mmol/L AOAA treatment increases fresh seed weight by1.47 g compared to the control （CK，water treatment）， during theoilaccumulationphase，diferentAOAAconcentrations influencesfreshfruit weight，freshseedweight，ndtrans versediameter，butshowsnosignificanteffectsonfruitweight，transverse/longitudinaldiameters，orpericarpthicknesat maturation，andthe8mmol/LAOAAtreatmentsignificantlyenhanceskerneloilcontentandoleicacidconcentrationby （204號 9.28% and 2.34% ，respectively，versusCK，without compromising fruit size or weight.This study providesatheoretical basis forimproving the yield of Camellia oleifera usingplant growth regulators.
