乙烯抑制劑噴施對油茶果實生長發(fā)育和含油率的影響
【Abstract]ToinvestigatetheeffctsofplantgrowthregulatorsontheyieldandqualityofCameliaoleifera,thisstudyuses 'Huashuo'Camelliaoleiferaastheexperimentalmaterial.Bymeasuringthefruittrait indicesandoilcontentofCamellia oleiferaatdifferentdevelopmentalstages,weanalyzetheimpactofvaryingconcentrationsofanethyleneinhibitor(aminooxy aceticacid,AOAA)onfruitdevelopmentandoilaccumulation.Thefolowingconclusionsaredrawnthatatthefruit maturation stage,2 mmol/L AOAA treatment increases fresh seed weight by1.47 g compared to the control (CK,water treatment), during theoilaccumulationphase,diferentAOAAconcentrations influencesfreshfruit weight,freshseedweight,ndtrans versediameter,butshowsnosignificanteffectsonfruitweight,transverse/longitudinaldiameters,orpericarpthicknesat maturation,andthe8mmol/LAOAAtreatmentsignificantlyenhanceskerneloilcontentandoleicacidconcentrationby (204號 9.28% and 2.34% ,respectively,versusCK,without compromising fruit size or weight.This study providesatheoretical basis forimproving the yield of Camellia oleifera usingplant growth regulators.

油茶(CamelliaoleiferaAbel.)屬山茶科(Theace-ae)、山茶屬(CamelliaL),常綠灌木或小喬木,原產(chǎn)于中國南方亞熱帶地區(qū),具有悠久的栽培歷史,與油橄欖、油棕、椰子并稱為世界四大木本食用油料樹種[1-2]。(剩余7435字)
