海洋強國背景下河北沿海城市海洋生態(tài)效率與時空分異

Marine ecological efficiency and spatial-temporal differentiation of coastal cities in Hebei under the background of marine power*

Abstract:Based on questionnaire survey data from five categories of marine一related employees and the general public in Qinhuangdao,Tangshan and Cangzhou cities (Hebei Province),establishes an evaluation framework encompassing seven dimensions,including input一output efficiency and marine environmental awareness,to conduct a dynamic analysis of marine ecological efficiency from 2O2O to 2024 and explore its spatiotemporal evolution patterns. Key findings reveal:significant differences in inputoutput indicators among the three cities;marine environmental protection efforts remain overly reliant on awareness campaigns,with underdeveloped public participation mechanisms;while ecological efficiency demonstrates overall improvement, regional disparities initially narrowed but later expanded, trending towards high-eficiency balanced development; higher-efficiency zones clustered northward without formed a collaborative network,exhibiting macro-level multidimensional mechanisms for marine ecological monitoring,assessment,early warning,and governance,alongside micro-level targeted measures to address identified inefficiencies.
