一株耐低溫抗鹽堿異養(yǎng)硝化菌株CS-6的除氮特性研究

Abstract:Low temperature,high salinityand other environments conditions willaffect the nitrification activity of microorganisms and reduce the removal of ammonia nitrogenand nitrite nitrogen inwater.A heterotrophic nitrifying bacterium CS-6 was isolated from the biofilters of coldwater fish recirculating aquaculture system and identified as Bacillus by 16S rRNA. The nitrogen removal characteristics of the later were studied. The results show that Strain CS ?-6 can achieve removal rates of 100% and 91.67% for ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen,respectively,within 72 hours.The removal rates for ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen can reach up to 100% and 99% , respectively,at low temperatures of 15°C ,salinity ranging from 0‰ to 50‰ , and pHlevels between 6 and 9. This indicates excelent cold resistance and salt一tolerance properties,demonstrating that Strain CS -6 has high water purification efficiency and broad application potential.

水產養(yǎng)殖活動產生的殘餌以及養(yǎng)殖動物的排泄物會導致養(yǎng)殖水體中的氨氮和亞硝酸氮升高[1],高濃度的氨氮和亞硝酸氮會對養(yǎng)殖動物產生毒害[2],因此,有效降低養(yǎng)殖水體中的氨氮和亞硝酸氮,維持良好的養(yǎng)殖水質環(huán)境,是保證養(yǎng)殖安全的基本要求。(剩余5871字)
