[Abstract]Basedonthetheoryof ministerialfire，thepathogenesis，therapeuticprinciplesand methodsofrosaceaare discused.Thecorepathogenesisofrosacealiesintherecklesstiringofministerialfirecausedbyfactorssuchasthediminished sovereignfire，liverqiagnationtransformingintofie，spleendeficiencyandthekidneysfilureinsealingandstoingIis proposedthattheoverarchingprinciplefortreatingthisconditionistorestrainandsubduetheministerialfire.Fortheconditionof diminishedsovereignfieandhyperactiveministerialfire，thetreatmentprincipleshouldfocusonclearingandnourishingthheart whilesubduingandrestrainingtheministerialfire.TherecommendedformulaisShengyangDecoction.，F(xiàn)orstagnatedmiisterial firecausedbyliveriagationasforingintofitetramentprincipleistoothethelivesolvestagnatiolatei andclearfire.TerecommendedformulaisChaihu QingganPowder.Fordisplacedministerialfirecausedbyspleendeficiencythe treatmentprincipleistoraiseyang，strengthenthespleen，andsubduefire.TherecommendedformulaisShengyangYiwei Decoction.Forfloatingministerialfireresultingfromkidneysfailureinsealingandstoring，thetreatmentpricipleistotoifythe kidney，subdueyang，andguidethefireback toitssource.TherecommendedformulaisYinhuoDecoction.Acasereportis attached to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of rosacea.

玫瑰痤瘡是一種累及皮膚毛細(xì)血管及毛囊皮脂腺的炎癥性皮膚病1，好發(fā)于面部中央，臨床表現(xiàn)為鼻部、口周及面頰部陣發(fā)性潮紅、持續(xù)性紅斑，或伴有丘疹、膿皰，患者自覺皮膚干燥、瘙癢、灼熱感，臨床分型以紅斑毛細(xì)血管擴(kuò)張型和丘疹膿皰型多見。（剩余9159字）
