Analysis on the Application of Accounting Informatization Technology in Financial Accounting Management

Abstract:[Purposes] Discussing the application approach and implementation outcome of accounting information technology in financial accounting management,and revealing the internal logic and practical value of its technological empowerment.[Methods] Through literature analysis and case collation,this paper integrates domestic and foreign related achievements and financial institutions‘practices from 2020 to 2O25,and carries out technical utility demonstration from four dimensions: data processing, risk management,process optimization and compliance audit.[Findings] Accounting information technology has significantly improved the eficiency of financial accounting management, with automated processes shortening the monthly closing cycle by 80% ,blockchain technology ensuring data immutability,and a multi-dimensional data mart expanding decision-making information coverage by 70% . Practice has shown that the big data risk early warning model has improved liquidity crisis response time by 60% ,and the intelligent compliance engine has intercepted 98.3% of deviations from standards.[Gonclusions] Accounting information technology reconstructs the paradigm of financial accounting management through rule constraintsand innovation synergy,but itis necessary to balance the transparency of algorithms and the cost of system iteration. In the future,it is essential to strengthen the governance of technological ethics and the construction of cross-system data standardization,and promote the sustainable development of digital transformation in financial accounting.
