小水電調(diào)控風(fēng)電功率波動(dòng)的虛擬電廠構(gòu)建方案研究

Research on the Construction Scheme of Virtual Power Plantsfor Regulating Wind Power Fluctuations using Small Hydropower

Abstract: [Purposes] To address the issue of wind power fluctuations,we utilize the regulating capability of small hydropower to integrate wind farms,hydropower plants,and loads to construct a virtual power plant.[Methods] With the objective to minimize hydropower generation cost,wind curtailment cost,and network loss cost,this study investigates the construction scheme for small hydropower virtual power plants.Considering the actual watershed characteristics of small hydropower clusters,a cascade hydropower plant model is incorporated. Under the constraints of ensuring power flow secrurity and cascade hydropower operation,a constraint condition of "Power Ramp Rate Coefficient" is introduced to keep power changes within a certain range.Meanwhile,a regional grid case is analyzed and solved using MATLAB.[Findings] The comparison of the results shows that the power output of each hydropower unit has been optimally allocated,and the system power loss has decreased from 2.51 MW to O.022 MW. The cost of small hydropower generation has also decreased from 0.032 9 104 yuan to 0.022 3 104 yuan. [Conclusions] The feasibility and effectivenessof the virtual power plant construction scheme for regulating wind power fluctuations using small hydropower have been successfully verified.Byutilizing the regulating capability of small hydropower to improve the fluctuation of wind power output,the constructed virtual power plant can reduce the cost of hydropower generation,curtailment cost,and power loss,enhance operational stability of the grid,and improve economic performance.The proposed virtual power plant construction scheme and model are applicable in areas with abundant water resources.
