河南省科技企業(yè)孵化器的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、問題及對策研究

Research on the Development Status,Problems and Countermeasures of Technology Enterprise Incubatorsin Henan Province

Abstract: [Purposes] As an important carrer for serving startups,technology enterprise incubators play a crucial role in promoting regional innovation and economic development.To further enhance their service capabilities and operational eficiency,this article aims to systematicallyanalyze the main problems in the current development process of technology enterprise incubators in Henan Province and propose corresponding policy recommendations.[Methods] By reviewing the current development status of technology enterprise incubators in Henan Province,combined with field research and case analysis,this study deeply explores the problems that exist in incubation services,financial support,and operational management, while proposing targeted improvement strategies based on this analysis.[Findings] At present,there are still significantdeficiencies in the incubation service level,financing support intensity,and operational mechanism of technology enterprise incubators,which restrict their effective functioning. [Conclusions] It is necessary to encourage incubators to establish a diversified value-added service system and a diversified investment and financing support system,actively explore innovative operational mechanisms and management models,so as to comprehensively enhance their service capabilities and sustainable development capabilities.
