數(shù)智技術(shù)賦能鄉(xiāng)村治理:邏輯、困境及紓解路徑

Abstract: [Purposes] This paper explores how digital intelligence technology empowers rural governance and analyzes its potential in enhancing governance efectiveness,optimizing resource allocation and enhancing public services,as wellas identifying the major dilemmas faced in digital governance and proposing solution paths.[Methods] Through literature analysis and case studies,combined with the current status of the application of digital inteligence technology in rural governance,the study analyze the challenges in the technical,economic,social and policy dimensions of rural governance,and then proposes feasible coping strategies.[Findings] The research found that the dilemmas faced by rural digitalinteligent governance mainly include weak technological infrastructure,lack of technological literacy, insufficient governance resources and data privacy and security issues.[Conclusions] Solution paths such as strengthening digital infrastructure,enhancing technical literacy,increasing policy support, strengthening legal security and promoting multiple collboration are proposed.
