石河子市部分流浪犬源腸球菌耐藥性及耐藥基因檢測
Abstract:To investigate the drug resistanceandresistance genecarriage status ofEnterococcus derived from straydogs in Shihezi CityXinjiang,thisstudycollects210 samples from thefecesand surrounding environment of straydogs. Enterococi wereisolated,purifiedandidentified byconventional bacterialisolationandidentificationmethods.Thedrug resistanceoftheisolates to14antibioticsisdeterminedthroughKirby-Bauer diskdifusionmethod,andthecariageof relateddrug resistance genes is detectedbyPCRtechnology.Atotalof163enterococi areisolated inthisstudyof which 119are from fecesand44were fromtheenvironment.These strains include23Enterocous faecalis,129 Enterococcus faecium,and11other Enterococcs.Theresultsof drugsensitivitytestshowthat Enterococcus from straydogs have high resistance tosulfamethoxazole,clindamycin,rifampicin,tiamulinand gentamicin,and theresistant strainsaccountfor 100% 78.53% 67.48% 63.19% and 53.37% ,respectively. In contrast,the resistance rates to penicillin,ampicillin and florfenicol are lower (2.45%-6.75%) .It is worth noting that no strains resistant to vancomycin,tigecycline and linezolid are detected. Theresults of multi-drug resistance indicate that they are mainly distributed in 4-6 resistance,accounting for 69.32% (113/ 163),of which 6 resistance accounted for the highest proportion (25.15%) ,while1 resistance account for the lowest proportion (1.23%) .In addition,the drug resistance of Enterococcus in the environment is slightly more serious than that in feces,andthedrugresistanceofEnterococcus faecium fromstraydogsisalsomoreseriousthan thatofEnterococcus faecalis.The results of drug resistance gene detection show that erm(B),aac(6')/aph (2′′) ,aph (3′) -II,and tetMresistance genesaredetected,andoxazolidinonedrug-relatedresistancegnes (optrA,cf,oxtA),ancomycinresistancegene (van) andotherdrug resistance genes arenotdetected.Insummary,straydog sheltersare likelytobecomeapotentialreservoirof multidrug-resistantbacteriaandthereisariskofepidemicrelateddrugresistancegenes.Itissuggestedthatinthetreatment oflocalpetdogsandstraydogs,rationaldrug useshouldbecarriedoutaccording totheresultsofbacterialresistane,and themonitoringofbacterialresistanceinstraydogs shouldbestrengthened toreducetheriskof drug-resistant bacteria transmission.
