截短側(cè)耳素菌渣堆肥用量對苗期玉米生長與土壤微生物群落的影響
Abstract:Compostingisacrucialapproachfortheresourceutilizationoffungalresidues.Thisstudyinvestigatedtheeffectsof pleuromutilin fungalresidue compost at five applicationrates: 0(CK),5 (PM20),10(PM40),15 (PM60),and2 (PM80) gkg-1 : Theresultsindicatethat:1)MaizebiomassandsoilOlsen-Pshowatrendofirstincreasingandthendecreasingwiththeamount ofcompost dosage,with PM40 biomass rising by 108% and Olsen-P by 118% compared to CK,while dissolved organic carbon exhibitsadosage-dependent increase.2)Compostappicationsignificantlyalteredmicrobialcommunitystructure:Therelative abundanceofacterialordersSphingomonadales,Bacilles,andRizobialesicreasewithghercompostrates.PM0achieves the highest bacterial a diversity, whereas CK maintains the highest fungal diversity. 3) Maize biomass positively correlates with Olsen-PandrelativeabundancesofbacterialtaxaBetaproteobacteriales,Thermomicrobiales,and Git-GS-136,butegatively associateswithungalordersEurotiales,Pleosprales,Capnodiales,helebolales,Onygenales,ucoralesandfungalao index.These results demonstrate that optimal application of fungal residue compost (10g?kg-1) )enhancessoil Olsen-P,changes microbial communities, elevates bacterial a diversity, and consequently promotes maize growth.
