微生物-腸-心軸”與心血管疾病相關(guān)性的研究進(jìn)展

Abstract:Cardiovasculardisease iscurrentlytheleadingcauseofdeath inthe world,andalthoughgreatprogresshas been made ntheresearchandclinicaltreatmentofitspathogenesis,themortalityrateisstillhigh,andnew waysofscientific interventionareurgentlyneeded.Intestinalflora is the most numerous andcomplex microbialcommunity in the humanbody, whichplaysanimportantroleinthealthyomeostasisofthebodyanditsimbalancecanleadtoavarietyofchonicdiseases includingcardiovasculardisease,andforma“microbiome-gut-heartaxis”relationship,whichspeculates thatintestinalflora anditsmetabolitesmaybepotentialbiologicaltargetsforthe treatmentofcardiovasculardisease.Thisarticlefocusesonthe regulatorymechanismbetween the“microbiome-gut-heartaxis”andcardiovasculardisease,andproposes the preventionand treatmentofcardiovasculardiseases fromtheperspectiveofintestinalmicrobiota,inorder toprovidereferenceforclinical treatment.
