Abstract：Cardiovasculardisease iscurrentlytheleadingcauseofdeath inthe world，andalthoughgreatprogresshas been made ntheresearchandclinicaltreatmentofitspathogenesis，themortalityrateisstillhigh，andnew waysofscientific interventionareurgentlyneeded.Intestinalflora is the most numerous andcomplex microbialcommunity in the humanbody， whichplaysanimportantroleinthealthyomeostasisofthebodyanditsimbalancecanleadtoavarietyofchonicdiseases includingcardiovasculardisease，andforma“microbiome-gut-heartaxis”relationship，whichspeculates thatintestinalflora anditsmetabolitesmaybepotentialbiologicaltargetsforthe treatmentofcardiovasculardisease.Thisarticlefocusesonthe regulatorymechanismbetween the“microbiome-gut-heartaxis”andcardiovasculardisease，andproposes the preventionand treatmentofcardiovasculardiseases fromtheperspectiveofintestinalmicrobiota，inorder toprovidereferenceforclinical treatment.
