Abstract:577nmsubthreshold micropulselaser(SML)isanon-destructive thermallaser therapyforthe treatmentofretinal diseases,whichhas thadvantagesofminimaldamage,highsafetyandstrong penetrationability.Itshowed greatdevelopment prospects inthe treatmentofretinal diseases andotherfields.This articlereviewstheresearch progress of577nmSMLinthe treatmentofcentralsrouschorioretinopathy(CSC),dabeticmacularedema(DME),agerelatedmaculardegeneration(D), macular edema secondarytoretinalveinoccusionandotherretinal diseases,hoping thatitcanprovide somereference for clinical application.
