摘 要：黃炎培職業(yè)教育思想中關(guān)于校企合作的論述是當(dāng)今產(chǎn)教融合理念的根源，在國家大力提倡產(chǎn)教融合育人新模式背景下，本研究通過挖掘黃炎培職業(yè)教育思想中產(chǎn)教融合理念及其在護(hù)理專業(yè)教育中的應(yīng)用，分析護(hù)理專業(yè)在產(chǎn)教融合人才培養(yǎng)模式中凸顯的問題，提出現(xiàn)階段的優(yōu)化策略，為護(hù)理專業(yè)產(chǎn)教融合人才培養(yǎng)提供參考。

Application Status and Countermeasures of Huang Yanpei’s VocationalEducation Thought in the Integration of Industry and Education in Nursing

Abstract：The discussion on school-enterprise cooperation in Huang Yanpei’s vocational education thought is the root of the integration of industry and education.Under the background of the new mode of integrating industry and education，this study digs the ideas of the integration in Huang Yanpei’s vocational education thought and its application in Nursing，analyzes the problems existing in the talent training of Nursing，and puts forward the present optimization strategy，which can provide reference for the training of Nursing talents integrating industry and education.
