進口水產(chǎn)品監(jiān)管要求與變化解析
摘要
中國是水產(chǎn)品進口大國，已建立了較完備的進口水產(chǎn)品監(jiān)管法律法規(guī)和標準體系，并于2024年進行了優(yōu)化調(diào)整。本文系統(tǒng)解讀了進口水產(chǎn)品的范圍、監(jiān)管要求，梳理了檢驗檢疫議定書的要求，分析了近期的政策變化，旨在為正在出口或有意開拓中國市場的水產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)和出口企業(yè)提供參考。

Abstract
China is a major importer of aquatic products and has established a relatively complete system of laws， regulations， and standards for the supervision of imported aquatic products. These policies will undergo optimization and adjustment in 2024. This article systematically interprets the scope and regulatory requirements of imported aquatic products， sorts out the requirements of the Inspection and Quarantine Protocol， and analyzes recent policy changes， aiming to provide reference for aquatic product production and export enterprises that are exporting or intend to explore the Chinese market.
