Abstract：Toexplore theefectof poresizeandstructureonthermaldifusivityofsaturatedrockduring frezing.Thethermal difusioncoeffcients offinesandstone，coarsesandstone，tuffandgranitewere measuredbyarbitrary heating method.The variationlawandcorrelationof thermaldifusivityofrockmassunderdifrent waterstateandtemperaturearesummarizedThe efectof porosityandpore structureonthermaldifusivityofsaturatedrockduringfreezing isanalyzed.Theresultsshowthatthe variationofthermaldifusivityinthecolingprocessofsaturatedrockismainlydeterminedbyporestructureand poresize distribution，rather thanrock water contentand porosity.Rocks with large pores，suchascoarsesandstone，have obvious temperaturesensitivityatsaturatedwater.Therefore，thevariationbehaviorofthermaldifusivityduringcolingcanbeestimated by measuring the pore size distribution and thermal properties of rock mass.
