11種殺蟲劑對(duì)蘋褐帶卷蛾4齡幼蟲的毒力測定
Toxicity Determination of 11 Insecticides on 4th Instar Larvae of Adoxophyes orana

AbstractTheioftisdyastosrenoutthfeieinsecticidesfoontrolingelavaofAoranaandtoprovideeefor theeectivelfIalssdo mersion and contact method.The median lethal concentration ( )of different insecticides was calculated by constructing toxicity regression equation.Thulsodtiarbprldfeolldiia A. orana,and the corrected mortality rate was above 80% . The order of toxicity of the five insecticides to the larvae of A . orana was Abamectin 0 (0.024mg/L) ) > Thiodicarb ( 8.579mg/L ) > Fipronil ( 33.704mg/L ) > Chlorpyrifos ( 58.592mg/L ) > Diafenthiuron (977.842 mg/L). Thetoxicityofoiethi,ambdcylothi,eta-Cetrinameoadeaipridte4tharef A . orana was low,and the corrected mortality was lower than 20% after ,indicating that the above six insecticides had no obvious toxicity and were not suitable forthecontrolofA.orana larvae.This experiment screenedoutfive kinds of insecticides with high virulence to A . orana,which provided a scientific theoretical basis for the efficient control of this insect.
