不同施肥方式對六堡茶品質(zhì)及茶園土壤質(zhì)量的影響

AbstractTo investigate the effectsofdifferent fertilization methods on thequalityofLiubao teaand the soil quality of tea gardens,taking thesoil before fertilizationasthecontrol(CK),theteayield,totalnitrogenand other tea accumulation amounts,tea water extract,catechinsand other tea quality indicators,soil physical and chemical properties such as pHand organic mater of Liubao tea under three fertilization methods,namely conventional fertilization(TO)artificialburialandformulafertilization(T1),andundergroundseepageirigationformula fertilization(T2)were analyzed.The results showed that (1)the tea yield after T1and T2 treatments was higher than thatafterTO,with theteayieldof T2being higher.(2)The total phosphorus contentoftea after T2 treatment was relatively high,and the total potassum content of tea after T1 treatment was relatively high.There was no significant diffrence in the total nitrogencontentof tea under different fertilization methods.(3)Compared with TO,both T1 and T2 increased the contentsof tea water extract,tea polyphenols,catechins,caffeine and free amino acids toacertain extent.Compared with CK,allthree fertilization methods had enhancedthe basicsoil fertility (pH,total nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium,magnesium,zinc,and boron).In conclusion,the application of underground seepage irrigation formula fertilization can increase the yield and qualityof Liubao tea leaves and has a certain improvement effect on the soil environment,which is conducive to the sustainable development of the tea industry.
