惠州市5個藍莓品種果實品質(zhì)綜合評價

Comparative evaluation of fruit quality of 5blueberry varieties in Huizhou City

AbstractTo compare the fruit qualityoffive blueberry varieties in Huizhou City,Guangdong Province,the fruits of fiveblueberry varieties,namely‘Lanmei No.1’‘Gardenblue’‘L11’‘Nan Gaocong No.3'and‘Eureka’were used as materials.The appearance indicators such assingle fruit quality,the contents of antioxidant substances such as anthocyanins,chlorophyllcontent,and the contents of nutrients such as soluble sugar were determined,and the sensory evaluationof the fruitswas also conducted.Principal component analysisand membership function analysiswere adopted to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of fruit quality.The results showed that among the five blueberry varieties,‘Eureka’had thelargest single fruit weight at 4.8O5g,‘Gardenblue’hadthe largest fruit shape index at 0.868,‘Eureka’had the highest anthocyanin content at 890.217μg/g ,‘L11’had the highest total phenol content at (204號 2.840g/kg. ,and‘Gardenblue’had the highest flavonoid content,reaching O.177 mg/g,the contents of soluble sugar, vitamin C and soluble solids in‘Lanmei No.1’were all the highest,which were 8.873% , 107.433μg/g and 10.2% respectively. The total sensory evaluation scores,from high to low, were as follows:‘Lanmei No.1’ > ‘Nan Gaocong No. 3′> ‘Gardenblue’ > ‘Eureka’ > ‘L11’.Comprehensive analysis showed that‘Eureka’had the highest comprehensive score,with large fruits,strong antioxidant capacityand high nutritional value.‘Lanmei No.1’ranked second inthecomprehensive score,withhigher fruit sweetness and good taste.The fruit qualityofboth was relatively high.To sumup,among the five blueberry varieties,‘Eureka’and‘Lanmei No.1’had better overallquality.‘Lanmei No.1’was suitable for fresh consumption,while‘Eureka’was suitable forprocessing into dried fruits,fruit paste and functionalproducts.Thisarticleprovidesareferencefortheintroductionandcultivationof blueberies insimilar regions.
