Exploration of the Optimization Path of Integrating Red Culture into AfterSchool Extended Service

—Taking Primary and Secondary Schools in Nanjing as Examples

Abstract：Againstthebackdropofthe"DoubleReduction"policy，the GeneralOficeof theNanjing MunicipalPeople'sGovemmentissuedNoticeontheImplementation OpinionsofComprehensivelyandThoroughlyDingaGoodJobintheAfter-schoolExtendedServiceforPrimaryandSecondryShoolsInordertopromotetheighqualityeficientandsustainabledevelopmetofafter-schoolextendedserviceandfacliatetheinheritanceandpromotionofteredgene，takingNanjingasanexample，troughmeas suchasdistributingquestionairesandconducting interviewsamongstudents，parentsandeducationworkersinprimaryandscondaryscholsinNanjingthispaperconductsaninvestigationtounderstandtemanypracticaldilemmasfacedintheprocesof integratingredcultureintotheafter-scholextendedserviceforprimaryandsecondaryschols.Amongthem，themaindilemmasincludetheurgenyofsudytieandinsuicientatention，themontonyofcontentandforwithackofiovatio，therparticipationof multiplesubjects，andtherelativelyscarceserviceresoures.Toovercomethesedilemmas，wecanstrictlycontrolthe amountanddurationofhomework，providediversifiedactivityoptions，establishanincentiveevaluationmechanismandintroduce cooperatinwithetrauralsoues（xtealsoues），sostomproveteualityndfcencofferscholetenddice. Integratingredcultureintotheafter-schoolextendedserviceforprimaryandsecondaryschoolsisanimportantwaytodpenstudentsunderstandingofChinasrevolutionaryhistoryandalsoanimportantmeasuretocutivatestudentsmoralconceptsandsocial

responsibility.
