Abstract:Radiation damage is acommoncore problem in various fields,such as medical imaging,large-scale scientific facilities,aerospace industry,etc.The studyof high-energyradiation stabilityand damage mechanismof materials isanessential stepfortheir practicalapplication.Asnew semiconductor materials,perovskites have shown greatapplication prospectsin high-energy radiation detection.However,the high-energyradiation stabilityof perovskite materials isstillcontroversial and the radiation damage mechanism is notclear yet.This paper discusses thedamage mechanismof perovskites inhigh-energyradiation environmentsand identifies the primaryfactors ffectingtheirradiation stability.Additionally,potential strategies toenhance theradiationresistanceof perovskites are proposed.The studyaims to elucidate the structure-activity relationship between structure and radiation stability of perovskite,providing valuable insights forthe development of perovskite-based radiation detectors.
