International Progress， Trends， and Recommendations for the Assessment of National Quality Infrastructure

Abstract：[Objective]This paper aims toanalyze the internationalprogress of National Quality Infrastructure （NQI） assessment，graspthecharacteristicsandtrendsofNQIassessmentunderstandthelevelofChina'sNQIconstructionand propose countermeasures andsuggestions.[Methods]This paper usesliterature review andcomparative study methods to focusonanalyzingtheindicatorompositionassessment methodsandresultsofthethreemajorassessmentsytm：GQI， QI4SD，andSCA.Italsocomprehensivelyanalyzes thestrengths andweaknesses of China'sNQIconstruction.[Results] The current QIassessment shows threecharacteristics：goal-orientedconstruction of assessment indicatorsystems，ensuring resultconsistencythroughscientificdatacolectionandassessment guidelines，andemphasizingthecorrelationbetween NQIassessment andother globalindicatorsOverallChina's NQIconstructionhasachievedemarkableresults，butthere is stillsignificantroomforimprovementinthecoverageofcertificationandaccreditationandtheimplementationof standards. [Conclusion]This paperexploresthedirectionforimprovingChina'squalityinfrastructureevaluationsystem，and proposes countermeasures and suggestions to promote the high-quality development of China's NQI.
