Research on Standard Comparison Analysis and Optimal Selection Technology Based on Product Usage Requirements

Abstract:[Objective]Toaddressthechallnges inselectingstandards during product development andtoenhance the efficiency of standard implementation, driven bythe standard usage requirements inthe product development process, proposes astandardcomparison analysis andoptimization model.[Methods]Utilizingmethods suchas systems engineering, UAF architecturetheory,anddynamic programmingalgorithms,the paperconductsresearchonkeymethods inthe standard optimization process,including usage requirementanalysis,standard identification and selection,extractionof standard comparison elements,core indicator comparison analysis, standard optimization matching,and the construction of an optimized standard set.The study is supplemented with typical applicationexamplesfor analysis.[Results]Research and analysis indicatethatrequirements arethestarting pointforconducting standardcomparisonanalysis andoptimization.The comparisonanalysis ofstandards shouldcombine quantitative andqualitative approachesandtheselection ofstandards is theresultofcomprehensivetrade-off.[Conclusion]Byemploying the standardcomparisonandoptimizationmethods, itis posible toachieveatightcouplingbetweenproductstandardselectionandrequirements,provide qualitative andquantitative comparison data to guideprecise standardselectionforproducts,andsupporthigh-qualityproductdevelopment.
